Enjoy your morning brew using our Keurig drip and K-cup dual coffee pots. We offer a coffee starter-pack at each property to get you going. Bring extra if you are coffee lovers! In the Lodge, you'll step foot into the large dining area as you first enter the home. Our large, rustic dining table comfortably fits 10, with additional bar-height seating available in the nook and kitchen. Take in the ambiance provided by the electric fireplace mounted to the wall. A large Roku Smart TV means you'll never miss a big play as you cheer on your favorite team or catch up on some shows. The Bungalow is equipped with a cozy dining area, just off of the kitchen, that seats 6 guests. 🔥 Cozy Living Rooms: Whether in the Lodge or Bungalow, gather with your loved ones- playing games, or watching your favorite shows in the thoughtfully designed living rooms. Each living room features a large Roku Smart TV, set to Guest Mode, so you can stream on your favorite apps throughout your stay and be automatically logged-out on the day you depart. Both the Lodge and Bungalow feature a sleeper sofa, providing extra sleeping accommodations for your group. 🛏️ 🧻 The Bedrooms + Bathrooms: The Lodge: Up the stairs from the dining area you'll find 2 bedroom suites, both featuring a full-bathroom with walk-in shower. Each bedroom has its own private balcony, so you can enjoy that morning cup of coffee while taking in the fresh air of the Smoky Mountains. - The King suite features high cathedral ceilings and ample space to feel right at home. Enjoy a Roku Smart TV mounted above a sleek, modern electric fireplace to bring cozy mountain vibes right into your bedroom. - Down the hall, you'll find our Bunk suite, equipped with 2 Queen-over-Queen bunkbeds to comfortably sleep an additional 8 guests. This room also features high cathedral ceilings and offers plenty of space so that those sharing the room do not feel over-crowded. The bunk room also features a Roku Smart TV and additional electric fireplace. Taking the spiral staircase down from the living room, you'll find 2 additional bedrooms. - The first floor King Suite offers the same cozy vibes captured on the third floor. Catch up on some shows on the Roku Smart TV, and enjoy the ambiance of another electric fireplace. Enjoy your own private full-bathroom with walk-in shower. There is private access to the lower level deck, which spans the entire length of the bottom floor, connecting to the game room entry. - An additional bunk room is located down the hall from the King suite, and features a Twin-over-Full bunkbed to comfortably sleep 3 additional guests. In this room you'll also find the laundry closet, featuring a full-size washer and dryer, included with your stay. We provide a start of laundry detergent! The Bungalow: - The main floor of the home features our King suite, fully equipped with fluffy pillows and blankets, Smart TV with Roku, and a separate sunroom overlooking a flowing creek that hugs the entire property. This is our favorite room in the property, as it truly captures the mountain vibes our guests are looking for while staying in the Smokies. A large, full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and full-size washer and dryer stack is located just off of the first floor living room. - Upstairs, you'll find an additional bedroom suite, equipped with 2 full size beds to sleep an additional 4 guests. Relax with a good book in our swinging chair, or catch up on your favorite shows with an additional Roku Smart TV set in Guest mode. The second floor also features a full bathroom, with a shower-tub combo and vanity. ** Please note- the second floor is only accessible via an exterior staircase off of the front porch of the Bungalow. Access is controlled by a Smart deadbolt for additional safety and security for our guests! 🎱 🕹️ Game Room: The game room is the best room in the Lodge and is also located on the first floor. Our game room features a full-size pool table, multi-game Arcade console, Boss Toss, various board games, a large Roku Smart TV, and electric fireplace. This room is guaranteed to keep your group entertained for hours, as there is something for everyone. Enjoy separate access to the front porch, where you'll find life-size Connect 4 and additional outdoor seating. 💧 🔥 Outdoor Hot Tubs + Fire Pit: Off of the Lodge game room you'll find the side porch, where you can soak in our first hot tub after a long day exploring the Smokies. There is additional outdoor seating around the hot tub, providing the perfect hangout area for catching up with family and friends. The second hot tub and our gas fire pit are both located just off of the Bungalow sunroom under a glowing canopy of string lights. This area provides the perfect setting for relaxation and unwinding, while enjoying the sounds of the Smokies around you. Take a dip in the hot tub or gather around the gas fire pit at the end of a day exploring the best the Smokies has to offer. 📚 Third Floor Nook and Kid's Hideout In the Lodge, you'll find a peaceful reading nook on the third floor, with comfortable seating to get lost in a good book before bed. There is also a dedicated work-space in case you need to catch up on work during your stay. Take the ladder up to our "Kid's Hideout", where your little ones can get lost in board games, shoot some hoops, or simply escape for some peace and quiet (may better serve as a "Parent's Hideout" 😆) 📶 High-Speed Internet + Smart TVs: Stay connected with reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire property. All Smart TVs are equipped with Roku set in Guest Mode, so you will be automatically logged out of any of your streaming services used on the day you checkout! 🌲🍃 Outdoor Space: Enjoy a large, flat grassy area at the front of both properties, providing the perfect area to have a wedding, play a game of football with the family, or simply allow the kids and dogs to run around and tire themselves out. The Lodge features 2 large decks, spanning the entire length of the home, featuring life-size Connect-4, a propane grill, and ample outdoor seating for ultimate relaxation. There are 2 smaller, private balconies attached to each bedroom on the third floor. The Bungalow has a small, yet cozy covered front porch, equipped with its own propane grill and some outdoor seating. There is an additional life-size Connect-4 and a Cornhole set ready for action. ⛰️ Shagbark Resort: During your stay you'll have access to amenities provided by Shagbark Resort. While here, you can enjoy the outdoor community pool (during summer months), tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, dog park, and more!!
