Just beyond the dining area you'll find the fully-stocked kitchen, featuring full-size appliances, cookware, glassware, plates/bowls, utensils, and basic cooking essentials you'll need to cook for the entire group. Each bedroom has its own private balcony, so you can enjoy that morning cup of coffee while taking in the fresh air of the Smoky Mountains. The King suite features high cathedral ceilings and ample space to feel right at home. Enjoy a Roku Smart TV mounted above a sleek, modern electric fireplace to bring cozy mountain vibes right into your bedroom. Down the hall, you'll find our Bunk suite, equipped with 2 Queen-over-Queen bunkbeds to comfortably sleep an additional 8 guests. This room also features high cathedral ceilings and offers plenty of space so that those sharing the room do not feel over-crowded. The bunk room also features a Roku Smart TV and additional electric fireplace. 📚 Third Floor Nook and Kid's Hideout Between the King and Bunk rooms is a peaceful reading nook, with comfortable seating to get lost in a good book before bed. There is also a dedicated work-space in case you need to catch up on work during your stay. Take the ladder up to our "Kid's Hideout", where your little ones can get lost in board games, shoot some hoops, or simply escape for some peace and quiet (may better serve as a "Parent's Hideout" 😆) 🛏️ First Floor Bedrooms: Taking the spiral staircase down from the living room, you'll find 2 additional bedrooms. The first floor King Suite offers the same cozy vibes captured on the third floor. Catch up on some shows on the Roku Smart TV, and enjoy the ambiance of another electric fireplace. Enjoy your own private full-bathroom with walk-in shower. There is private access to the lower level deck, which spans the entire length of the bottom floor, connecting to the game room entry. An additional bunk room is located down the hall from the King suite, and features a Twin-over-Full bunkbed to comfortably sleep 3 additional guests. In this room you'll also find the laundry closet, featuring a full-size washer and dryer, included with your stay.
